As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a highperforming sales team
• Setting individual and team sales targets and monitoring performance
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective crossfunctional communication and coordination
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Ability to sell products or services effectively
