We have a full-time vacancy for an Administrator to provide support to our Project Delivery Practice based in Heathrow.


This is an on-site role and you will be expected to work from the Atkins office at the client site at Heathrow. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment as part of an expanding team managing the administration across a range of successful portfolios, including IT in Construction, Cyber, Security, Project & Consulting and Service Support.


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and general enquiries for the Delivery Team.
  • Monitoring and processing requests to shared mailboxes.
  • Data entry, retrieval and online database (AMWIS) maintenance.
  • Following up on Scopes, Quotes and customer sign offs and acceptances with the client.
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Compiling reports monthly on Suppliers.
  • Raising order to Suppliers and assisting with invoice processing.
  • Holiday cover for other team members.
  • Social events organisation.
  • Annual leave tracking for the Delivery Team.

  • Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise their workload effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and the ability to work with colleagues in a collaborative and constructive manner.
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to assess priorities in relation to business needs.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with the wider team.
  • Capability to alter communication style and method for different interactions and personalities.
  • Managing both team and client expectations effectively.
  • Enthusiastic approach.
