We're hiring for a multi drop delivery driver champion, paying £150 per day.

Are you an expert in parcel deliveries and want to share your expertise and passion for delivery excellence by training our new drivers?

This is your opportunity to impart the skills you have developed throughout your career to the next generation of multi-drop drivers and create a legacy of customer satisfaction and continued excellence.

Be part of the champions team supporting drivers on their self-employed courier journey, delivering excellence that is reflective of the company's reputation and beliefs.

What's on offer?_

Day rate of £150 per day paid monthly
Company van, fully serviced and insured
28 days paid holiday (prorata) per year

The role of the champion_

Your role is split in to 2 distinct functions, where you'll be working 12-hour shifts, 07:00 - 19:00, 4 days on, 3 days off - flexibility on days worked.

Coaching_

Coaching and mentoring new drivers to ensure smooth and consistent onboarding, and to help ensure new drivers have a rewarding experience delivering for us.
Coaching any poor performing existing drivers out on the road and providing feedback to the depot on their progress.

Delivery_

Parcel delivery of parcels per day including:
Scanning and loading parcels, planning your own route and setting customer ETA's.
Making deliveries and collections and taking safe place photographs.
Recording accurate geofencing data.
Sending delivery update reports to your depot.

What skills make an ideal champion?_

Are you great at working on your own initiative with mínimal supervision, and thrive on being part of a team? This role could be just the ticket.

Here are the skills that an ideal champion will demonstrate:

An expert in multi drop deliveries with at least 2 years' experience.
Able to make multi drop deliveries and collections to both residential and commercial customers.
You have a positive attitude with a peoplefocussed approach.
Flexible and reliable with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Enthusiastic with excellent customer service.
You're committed to what you do and take responsibility.
Previous experience of training, coaching and/or mentoring would be beneficial.
Good knowledge of the local area is beneficial.

Must have's_

Full UK driving licence held for at least 5 years
Driving licence free from convictions and with less than 6 points
Have a smart phone
