£24,294 - £25,119 per year. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Service as a front-line Housing Advisor. The post holder will be part of an area-based team providing a comprehensive, customer focussed housing service. 2 x permanent, full-time posts and 1 x temporary, full-time post.

The post holder will report to the Deputy Area Housing Manager undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties, and providing a front facing customer service.

In addition the post holder will assist Neighbourhood Officers in their Tenancy and Estate Management duties which will include working out and about in the community.


An expectation of the role is that the post holder develops the experience and skills necessary to have the potential to progress to the role of Neighbourhood Officer.

It is essential that you have a current driving licence and your own transportation.
