Salary:
£20K-£25K

- time / Permanent / Mon-Fri**
Location: Maidstone Office Base but projects cover London, South East and Home Counties.
My Client is a contractor who carries out maintenance, construction and refurbishment works within the construction industry. Their Client core consists of retail, commercial, public and private sectors.

My Client is focused on providing a consistently reliable service.

Projects range from small reactive maintenance projects to £5million pound multi trade F10 projects.


Must be keen and enthusiastic and want to develop

  • Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working within Fitout / Roofing / Building / Maintenance / Refurb
  • Computer literate

Duties

  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Liaising with clients
  • Variations
  • Finalise tender bids
  • Handovers
  • Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
  • Measuring and take offs for materials and labour
  • Reviewing of tender drawings & specifications
