Description

The role is extremely varied and as a service we are interested in playing to your clinical strengths and developing your clinical interests and skills.

You will receive ongoing support through regular monthly clinical supervision and separate line management.

You will also be actively encouraged to be part of peer supervision and will have the opportunity in your job plan to attend specialist treatment modality consultations.

As part of your professional development, you will be supported in pursing and attending relevant in-house training and will have external opportunities to embark on further professional qualifications relevant to the post.


We are always interested in hearing new ideas and creative ways of working to meet the needs of our service users and support quality improvements, therefore your voice does matter and will be included in key service developments.

The successful post holders will need the following key attributions:
trong Children and Young Persons mental health knowledge and experience.

Experience of using training, supervision, and consultation as a means of helping other professionals to support the mental health of CYP.
