£14.00 per hour




LOCATION:
London - Mobile




SHIFT PATTERN:
Monday to Friday




HOURS PER WEEK:
40 hours per week

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION


We at ABM are a soft services provider who are proud to provide services to some of the most prestigious buildings in London and the south east.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning tasks to various sites located in London and the south east
  • To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
  • To ensure all paper work and documentation is kept up to date
  • To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
  • To work safely within the working safely guidelines

Person Specification:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial window cleaning
  • Must be able to work at height
  • Must be able to work in a team or independently
  • Ideally have at least one of the following qualifications
  • IPAF
  • PASMA
  • CSCS
  • WORKING AT HEIGHT
  • HARNESS TRAINED
  • SENTINEL
  • As well as reach and wash pole system experience
