We are keen to engage with Solicitors who have an interest or experience in Commercial IP.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • You should have gained at least four years' experience in commercial IP in order to have gained the range of skills and expertise required for the position and a strong grounding in company law and corporate transactional work.
  • This experience should ideally have been gained in a major national, international, City or equivalent firms but applicants from other backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate the required level of corporate transactional experience.

You will also have:

  • The ability to actively support multiple complex transactions, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed.
  • Strong team skills, thriving in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, with likeminded people.
