We have Support Worker oppourtinites available at our residential service called Sunnyborough in Cudworth, Barnsley (S72)
Our Support Workers provide person centred support to empower adults with learning disabilities and autism. These individuals may display behaviours that challenge and have complex needs. You will support them to live a fulfilled and independent life back into the community.


We do not require experience, You will receive full training around autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. We will enable you to gain your essential skills certificate. You will have regular supervision meetings with your team leader to support your developing.


At Millennium Support, we specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex trauma on their journeys through life and in the community.

_What we will provide_
- £11.75 per hour, plus additional sleep rate of £65.1
  • Full or Part Time contracts available.

_ What the job involves day to day_

  • Play an integral role in the team and contribute to updating support plans.
  • Work as part of a team in a challenging environment.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support.
  • Supporting individuals to get involved in different activities in and around their local areas, in line with their hobbies and interests.
  • Empowering people to gain life skills; Maintaining their own home, shopping, cooking, cleaning, managing their own finances and other aspects of their life.
