Our clients depend on our team of Care Assistants to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their homes including personal care.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What we offer our Care Assistants:

Competitive hourly rates
£13.25ph Weekdays and
£14.

00ph Weekends and
enhancement on bank holidays:

Mileage pay at 40p per mile:

Duties will include:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Personal care
Administering medication
Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
Shopping
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
Commit to attending a 3day training course
Live locally to Stevenage, Letchworth or Hitchin and surrounding areas
Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
