Are you an experienced Branch Manager looking to join a company that can offer you high earnings, a good working environment and fantastic benefits?

Our clients a well-established, multi-branch estate agency that believes in providing their very best to their staff and giving back to the community are currently looking for an individual to join their team as a Senior Floating Branch Manager.

This position will require travel therefore it's essential to have a full UK driving licence.

The Senior Branch Manager salary package:

£31,000 basic salary

- £70,000 OTE

3month guarantee

Working Hours:

As a Senior Branch Manager, you'll be required to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (rota)

Senior Branch Manager requirements:

Resultsdriven individual
Excellent ability to build rapport
Motivated to exceed targets
Exceptional customer service skills
Full Driving Licence
Hardworking and focused

Duties of a Senior Branch Manager will include, but are not limited to:

Covering branches/offices as required and managing the day-to-day running of these offices
Maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Managing, motivating and developing a team
Listing and selling properties
Ensuring business is compliant
