This role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a start in business; delving immediately into strategy implementation, data analytics and product & investment planning, as a part of the Arm portfolio planning team that sits under the CFO organization.

Working in a small but highly visible team, you will learn how a Billion-dollar technology company operates and drives growth.

You will directly contribute to how Arm defines and plans its product portfolio and roadmaps, across our entire product and business lines.

If you are ready to kick-start your career and have tangible impact this role will suit you.

About the role:

The Arm portfolio team is a central team that works across Arm's entire organization to drive, influence and shape how the business line strategies are turned into reality through the Arm products and technologies portfolio.

By joining the Arm portfolio team, you will be at the heart of our investments and product roadmaps planning, exposing you to the steps that it takes to turn strategic objectives into reality.

As a portfolio planning graduate, you will be more specifically involved with the data and insights that support the Arm portfolio.

Senior portfolio analysts, will help guide you as you take ownership of new deliverables that ultimately will be presented to and used by Arm senior leaders to make strategic decisions.

In this role you will build a unique knowledge set by having a bird's-eye-view of Arm's entire product portfolio, whilst simultaneously being exposed to the needs of the business.

You will have to use this knowledge to make the "numbers speak" and develop insights that will influence Arm's investments and roadmaps.

It is therefore important for the job owner to have some business and data analytics background, as well as having some form of experience or curiosity about the field of technology.

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with many parts of the organization across Engineering, Lines of Business, Finance and Sales.

You will also interact with (senior) leaders (VP, Director level) across the organization, which will require you to understand a multitude of stakeholders' needs and build positive relationships with them.

This also presents an excellent opportunity for exposure during your development.

What will I be accountable for?:

As a new team member, you will contribute directly to our group's success and will be strongly encouraged to familiarize yourself with Arm and its technology while starting to own some standalone work packages.

You will work in close collaboration with existing team members and receive development support to enable you to take accountability of your work packages from specification to delivery.

This will include but is not limited to:

  • Supporting and contributing to the Arm Roadmap Publications
  • Developing business and portfolio reports to enable sophisticated portfolio management
  • Analyzing business data (engineering, financial, market etc.) to deliver Portfolio Insights
  • Gathering requirements and developing insights to meet portfolio use cases
  • Supporting how Arm approves its products and investments decisions
  • Contributing to business processes improvements to enable endtoend product and investment lifecycle management
  • Supporting the solidification of the portfolio data architecture across lifecycles
  • Analyzing Arm's product and technology portfolio to provide business recommendations

More than anything else, you must have a willingness to absorb as much as possible about how Arm turns strategic goals into outcomes through its product portfolio.

Given the impact and reach of this field, you'll be encouraged to share this knowledge with others across the company.

This is centered around promoting and demonstrating the Arm core beliefs and behaviors.
