International Life Science Market

Competitive Base of between £25k to £45k / Commission with an OTE between £50k to £80k / Benefits + Equity in the Business

Hybrid / Based Bracknell / Reading / Maidenhead area - _You will require a car for this position_

  • Extremely rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join an international business as a coowner under an _Employee Owned_ model.
  • Responsibility is 360 endtoend recruitment within global life sciences. There is an emphasis on the US & UK life science, biotech and pharmaceutical markets for this opportunity.
  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is a prerequisite, winning business and billing between £120,000 to £250,000 annually.
  • The business has a small team of coowners, all local to the Reading / Bracknell area office, is collaborative and team focused. There are no KPIs and performance is measured on success only. This is a really lovely team of recruiters looking to scale theirbusiness.
  • This opportunity will suit a personable recruitment consultant who values a positive working environment over simply their OTE. The other coowners are looking for someone to gel with and share their vision for growth at a pace that suits the whole team.
  • The role wil suit an animal lover as one of the owners brings their dog to work.
