Your purpose


You will provide 'real time' support & analysis to our stakeholders around the business and be a trusted adviser to add value that will assist in decision making.


You will use a mix of commercial acumen, communication and analytical skills to be a truly successful finance business partner.


Your role

  • Responsible for month end processes for several Group functions, generating profit/cost centre reports for functional managers, undertaking variance and trend analysis
  • Perform ongoing reviews of profit/cost centres against budget & forecast providing early indication of any potential risks and/or opportunities that may arise.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities for the functions, providing healthy and constructive challenge to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the whole of Finance
  • Supporting nonfinancebased stakeholders in the management of their income and spend, helping to educate them so they can confidently move towards selfservice.

What you'll bring

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Ability to translate complex financial information & communicate to nonfinance leaders in a clear & userfriendly format.
  • Commercial awareness and a positive, proactive attitude with a passion for driving positive change to elevate the level support and insight for our stakeholders.
  • Experience of financial period end processes, month/year end, covering all areas of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
