Job Overview:
Fortinet is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our EMEA team, based in Reading, UK. In this role, you will ensure that Purchase Orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
With a designated set of accounts, that you will manage on a day-to-day basis, you will also provide cover for your team members during periods of absence.
You will work with cross-functional teams and Customers to ensure positive customer experience while driving order issues to closure.Responsibilities
- Interface with Customers, Sales and other departments regarding order issues
- Review Sales Order documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Work closely with Operations, Shipping and Sales to ensure terms and conditions are properly met.
- Ensure on time booking of all order types
- Resolve all backlog issues including order hold releases, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and missing Purchase Order requirements.
- Ensure orders adhere to documented Booking Criteria policies and SOX procedures.
Qualifications
- ERP experience (Order Management) is required, preferably Oracle.
- Customer focused, team player, must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Exudes a professional presence and posture.
- Must effectively communicate with all levels of Internal and External personnel
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and follow them as well as suggest changes where needed.
- Previous Order Management experience is required.
