Voice & Telephony Service Manager / Telephony Delivery Manager - Telephony, Unified Comms, MS Teams Direct Routing, WebEx, VoIP, Mobile Devices, Desktop / Collaboration Tools; Vendor Management, Project Delivery.

Permanent, Guildford, Surrey / Remote Working(Hybrid 2/3; 2 days onsite per week). £70k - £80k +Bonus +Benefits

Voice & Telephony Service Manager / Telephony Delivery Manager required by global insurance company to play a key role in the transformation and delivery of workplace and mobile Telephony and ongoing service management.

This is a dual role which requires bothproject management, project delivery capability alongside service management abilities to engage 3rd party vendors and services on an ongoing basis.

The Voice & Telephony Service Manager / Telephony Delivery Manager will use their technical understanding of VoIP, Unified Comms, Telephony systems, Cisco WebEx and MS Teams (inc Direct Routing) to engage with various internal network and infrastructure teamsalongside 3rd party vendors and play a key role in the delivery of the programme from a Governance and Service Delivery perspective.

Following the transformation of the Telephony environment, largely away from physical handsets/VoIP and Cisco Webex to MS Teams Direct Routing you will be responsible for Telephony availability and Capacity reporting and managing the service via liaison withinternal network and infrastructure teams as well as the 3rd party vendors.

You will manage the Telephony roadmap and continue to contribute to various projects to ensure ongoing enhancement and development, DR planning and elements of Security, liaising withInfoSec team.
