Senior Employment Solicitor - Manchester city centre - £50k+

This opportunity is tailored for individuals who thrive on challenges and enjoy taking risks.

The law firm is currently handling a significant amount of employment work and is now seeking someone to help establish a department that will handle existing respondent employment matters while also focusing on building a profitable team.


Currently, the workload is at about 75%, and your role will involve developing new clients and exploring opportunities within the firm's current corporate, commercial, and real estate clients as you work towards establishing the employment brand within the practice.


The firm has employed this growth approach over the past decade, and the results have been evident, reflected in multiple Legal 500 entries and awards.

You will receive full support, both financially and structurally, whilst having the freedom to develop your own department.
