Description

Hayfield offers an extensive range of support services to Deaf people with additional care needs such as Learning Disabilities and / or Mental Health diagnosis.

Help make a positive difference to peoples' lives.

We offer a safe, therapeutic and facilitating environment which encourages individuals to achieve personal fulfilment and an enhanced level of independence.

These posts require applicants to have relevant care experience (voluntary, family or care sector) combined with a positive value base, offering an enthusiastic and compassionate approach.


A knowledge of Deafness and Sign language experience and SVQ Social care would be an advantage and full training will be provided, however, we recognise that being a personal of integrity, warmth and dedication is core to our service and training would be provided.


Relief Support Workers (as and when required) £12.57 to £13.56, (including holiday element) plus sleepover allowance as worked


Planned rota includes day and evenings within Day Support, Group Care Homes & Care at Home / Housing Support settings.

All support services work together to coordinate a responsive and person-centred service.
