An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to work in Childrens Services as the Rota Co-ordinator & Patient Access Administrator.

The service seeks a highly motivated individual to join the team at the Royal Alexandra Childrens Hospital.

Responsible for working with the Directorate Management Team/Clinical Services Managers and Lead Consultants, Medical HR and other admin staff as determined by the needs of the service including training and development on the rota and co-ordinating the cancellation of clinical duties/organising locum cover.

Provide technical support for rota management and engage in discussions regarding improvements and amendments.
