About this position:

We're looking for an insightful and organised performance marketer to join our team. Your goal will be to help more people find out about Intruder and to drive continuous business growth.


You will be responsible for managing acquisition activity across paid media, with paid search and Google Ads being your primary channels.

In addition, you will work alongside the Head of Demand Generation and wider marketing team on driving growth and maximising return on investment.

As Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll have excellent analytical skills to derive valuable business insights.

To be successful, you'll target the right audience and implement optimisations that maximise the LTV (lifetime value) of a customer.


In this role, you'll:


  • Develop, implement, and optimise campaigns on Google ads, Bing and other paid media platforms. This includes running experiments to find new opportunities and improve results.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance using multiple sources (Google ads, Analytics, HubSpot) and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, A/B ad testing, and landing page optimisations to improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including content, design, and product, to create cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
  • Analyse data and provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

What we think you'll need to be successful:

  • 3+/
  • years' experience in performance marketing, with a primary focus on running successful Google Ads campaigns
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Expertise in leveraging data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CRMs, Excel, HotJar
  • Understanding of social media marketing and SEO
  • Experience in Cyber Security or IT is a plus
