This is an exciting opportunity to work within the college's SEND Support team. You will line manage a team of LSAs and provide in class support to our students with SEND to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Your knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the Preparation for Adulthood framework will be important to your success in this role.

You will be highly self-motivated, an excellent team player and be solution focussed.
