Job Details:

As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and managing the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Taking messages and passing them to the appropriate staff member
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
