About the role
Due to an exciting period of growth, we have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our People team.
This role is predominately a home-based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.
This will include visits to our offices across the Northwest England - Manchester, Liverpool, Accrington.Key areas of oversight will include:
- Provide employee relations support to people mangers on all key employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance, performance management and absence (including occupational health).
- Provide quality HR advice and support, complying with employment law, HR policies and best practice whilst being pragmatic in HR solutions.
- Supporting the HRBPs in delivering a proactive and informed service and assist with the implementation of change management, including restructures and TUPE.
- Delivering training to managers on key topics such as attendance, disciplinaries and grievancies.
- Support the development, and implementation of HR Policies.
- Proactively provide insight and analysis through people data to assist the HRBPs to monitor management information.
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working within a busy HR environment, working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent working knowledge of Employment Law and best practice.
- Experience of handling employee relations matters such as discipline, grievance, performance management and absence.
- Experience in supporting HRBP's with restructures and change programmes including TUPE.
- Communicate effectively (both oral and written) and collaborate across all levels with the ability to interpret/analyse and present data.
- CIPD Qualified (Level 5) or equivalent experience.
It is essential that you have a full UK Driving licence and access to a car as there will be a requirement to travel to perform the duties of the role.
