Are you highly organised and experienced in administration?


We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Support Services Team at Appletree Court, Lyndhurst to deliver comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative support to our Housing Delivery and Estates Management Teams.


Are you positive and forward-thinking, where you can rise to the challenge of working in a dynamic team?**You will be resourceful and adaptable with the ability to co-ordinate ever changing diary movements and meeting requirements. You will possess knowledge of how to use Microsoft software competently to develop and produce high quality accurate documents, presentations and spreadsheets in response to management requirements and appropriate timescales.


Are you a highly motivated individual?


We are looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise confidently and maintain good working relationships.

You will need to adapt quickly to using bespoke IT systems and master procedures which need to be administered accurately and sensitively.

Knowledge of housing development and/or asset management would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.

The role includes organising and supporting meetings, which will involve occasional out of hours working.
