As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we will work with you to create a personalised career path to help you to reach your goals through an initial onboarding programme.

The training given will provide you with the techniques and knowledge required before stepping out on to the sales floor.

You will work alongside principles who will directly support and guide you on your first deals to help you get off the ground quickly.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Write advertisements for both job boards and LinkedIn
Understand the market trends and growth within the sector.
