Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business in the Crawley area who are currently in search of a Client Account Manager to join their team


Role overview:


The role of Client Account Manager is to support the circulation strategy across a number of leading brands in order to maximise subscription and sales and contribution on behalf of our clients.


Working across a variety of media channels, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to reach and grow the audience base, through profitable, creative and effective promotional marketing campaigns.


As a client facing role, you will be responsible for working with, and being a part of the publishing teams of those brands you have responsibility for, and for the presentation of the key clients needs across all internal departments.


Duties

  • Agree key targets with clients to include volume, revenue, contribution and marketing budgets
  • Set appropriate annual KPIs; Promotional spend, UK and Export sales, Cost of Acquisition, Renewals, Yield, DD penetration, Loyalty
  • Develop clear and detailed annual marketing strategies and plans for each brand, ensuring alignment with each of the agreed KPI's
  • Support the development of the digital strategy at both a company and brand level
  • Work with the marketing team as appropriate, ensuring strategies embrace and support a fully integrated circulation strategy
  • With the Marketing information team help to build and maintain bespoke reporting suites that provide regular and accurate assessment of performance against KPI's and keep the client constantly informed in respect of performance, including return on investmentto refine ongoing strategies
  • Manage effective communication of the brands within the portfolio to other key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring product developments and marketing campaigns are clearly briefed
  • Demonstrate improvement in campaign performance through the utilisation of new and varied acquisition and retention tools
  • Advise in respect of research into lapsed subscriber data
  • Work closely with the Customer Services team, Marketing Information team to leverage support and capability to deliver market leading levels of service to clients
