Overview

  • Job Title: Administration Assistant
  • Salary: £12.00
  • Location: Birmingham City Centre
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: Ongoing
We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's largest Unions. As a Administrator you will be responsible assisting with administrative duties within the office


Responsibilities:


  • Reception cover assisting with visitors and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Distributing post to stakeholders in the business
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as requires
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Ensuring sufficient levels of equipment in the office such as stationary
  • Copy typing and ensuring systems are accurate and up to date

Key work areas:

  • You will ideally posses prior experience in an administrative role
  • You will ideally have great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working with systems
  • Great customer service experience and a passion for delivering a great service
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
