- Job Title: Administration Assistant
- Salary: £12.00
- Location: Birmingham City Centre
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: Ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Reception cover assisting with visitors and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
- Distributing post to stakeholders in the business
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as requires
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Ensuring sufficient levels of equipment in the office such as stationary
- Copy typing and ensuring systems are accurate and up to date
Key work areas:
- You will ideally posses prior experience in an administrative role
- You will ideally have great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with systems
- Great customer service experience and a passion for delivering a great service
- Communication and interpersonal skills
