2nd Line Support Engineer - MSP - up to £37,000


My client, a well-established MSP in Camberley, anticipating an exciting period of growth in 2023, have a fantastic opportunity for a strong Second Line Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.


This fast paced environment creates great learning opportunities with newer technologies as well as fantastic mentoring from an experienced, hands on team.

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide:

  • 2nd Line support for Windows desktops, laptops, hardware and software
  • 2nd Line support for Windows Servers (On-Prem/Virtual/Azure)
  • Support of Microsoft Exchange


  • Supporting Office 36

  • Writing / Updating User and System Documentation
  • Network and Server Administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of troubleshooting MS Windows Server 2008/2012/201
  • An understanding of troubleshooting Office 36
  • An understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 & 1
  • Knowledge of Server Hardware including HP and Dell.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of SSL Certificates & DNS records
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple requests through the help desk system
  • Must hold a Full Clean UK Driving License
