PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY IMMEDIATE START
Westray Recruitment Consultants have the pleasure of working with a market-leading food packaging company in the Stockton area. Our client seeks to hire an experienced Shift Manager to manage a multi-disciplined manufacturing unit.

Reporting to the ProductionManagers, the main responsibilities are to manage the shift and all direct staff on site, as well as indirect staff out of normal office dayshift hours.

To maintain the smooth running of all manufacturing areas, ensuring health and safety, quality standardsand operational KPIs are achieved in line with the company's expectation

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

Permanent role
24 days holiday (6.8 weeks)

To maintain the smooth running of all manufacturing areas, ensuring health and safety, quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved in line with the company's expectation
Effectively managing a team of up to 25 staff
Displaying immense leadership qualities
Ensuring all targets are met efficiently
Leading by example and setting the tone for all employees under your watch

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in managing a team of approximately 25 employees plus agency workers when required
Have a patient and diplomatic mindset
Will have a background in packaging, food or FMCG and have excellent communication, leadership and problemsolving skills
