Job description:


A Health, Safety & Contracts Coordinator is expected to review and administer managed property Risk Assessments to extract Works Orders to be logged into company systems and pass to internal departments for deployment.

Also, to administer the Service Event portfolio within company software. The position includes the administration of supplier/contractor relations

As a Health, Safety & Contracts Coordinator at AM, you can expect to be working on the following:

  • Arrangement and booking of Heath, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Reviewing Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments and taking necessary actions including creating internal Works Orders and associated invoicing.
  • Drafting Resident Handbooks using internal templates and where necessary obtaining client sign off.
  • Circulation of completed Resident Handbooks.
  • Administering the Service Event portfolio using company software FixFlo.
  • Assisting with management of the Approved Supplier Scheme, assisting with consolidating AM's approved supplier list and handling supplier queries arising.

Experience:


  • Good grasp of typical Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments, be able to extract key actions from within such and act accordingly.
  • Be able to prepare professional correspondence to a good standard.
  • Have an ability to research and review key information relating to the functions of a property, i.e. local authority details, waste/recycling disposal requirements, regulations with lease terms and be able to extract and collate such.
  • Be able to handle and coordinate a varied workload.
