Etemps is currently recruiting for a Wood Machinist to work for our client based in Newport

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am until 4pm with overtime available

Pay rate is based on experience between £11.44ph and £12.00ph

  • Assemble and construct wooden components according to specifications
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine dimensions and materials needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Previous experience as a Joiner or similar role preferred
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
  • Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£11.44-£12.00 per hour
