Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our investment team.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery of Investment and cyclical programmes of work, ensuring all that contractual and legal obligations are met.


You will be educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction and ideally have proven ability in a construction related field.

A good understanding of health and safety, along with strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • An excellent level of knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation.
  • Experience in delivery of Investment and Cyclical programmes of work.
  • To be able to manage contractors delivering building works at project level including H&S, quality, value and progress with excellent organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, housing and property management systems.
  • Full, valid driving licence and vehicle
