As a Business Management Intern working with our operational team, you'll be part of a team that's doing incredible things - for ourselves, for the partners we work with, and for a truly sustainable future.

Your new role:

What you'll do:

As our Business Management Intern, you will work closely with the Contract Manager and other team members to support various activities

Your key responsibilities include:

Admin and finance processes including raising & receiving POs, invoice processing, payroll.
Participating in month end reporting, including variance to budget analysis
Contributing to Small Works process, with exposure to pricing works
Arranging contracted works, subcontractor management, issuing permit to work
Health and safety site management
Soft service management, including staff scheduling.

What you'll need:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

About you:

Your Internship with Robertson will give you the perfect opportunity to turn academic theory into practice.

The 12-week programme is designed to give you an insight into how a multi-discipline team works withing an environmental organisation.

The experience will allow you to kick-start your career whilst on your academic break.
