We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic graduates and assistant project managers to join the Network team to deliver successful benchmarking projects to support local and national quality improvement.

A unique opportunity to make a difference, you will work with participants and stakeholders to generate intelligence and insight for a variety of audiences to underpin improvement work, and influence national policy, in the NHS.

With a background in project management in healthcare, you will demonstrate strong organisational, inter-personal and communication skills.

Central to the role will be an enthusiasm for working with data to articulate a story to project participants, national policy and clinical leaders and other senior stakeholders.


Working closely with the analytics and technology teams and drawing on the NHS knowledge and experience of other team members, you will be given responsibility for delivery of a variety of work within the audit sector.

We are seeking a bright, energetic project managers, assistant project managers and project co-ordinators to play an integral role in all aspects of benchmarking project delivery for the Network.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a set of high profile projects, working at every stage of the project process.


You will have responsibility for co-ordinating project activities, supporting participants, drafting project outputs and, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.

Data analysis and interpretation are also a key part of the role.

Curiosity and a passion for using data to support improvement in the NHS are the key attributes we are looking for.

We will support you with appropriate training and provide a comprehensive induction programme, peer support, and ongoing development opportunities.
