To ensure the smooth delivery of our care service by managing all aspects of future and day to day planning, as part of our friendly and dynamic care delivery team.
Let's talk about the role
You will be assisting and supporting the team within the
Wimbledon and Kingston branches, ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met.
Your skills will include:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a team, whilst remaining selfmotivated, using own initiative and working under pressure
- Ability to build rapport with new people
- Accurate data recording
- Solid planning, scheduling and problemsolving skills
- Positive cando attitude
- Organised and professional at all times
Your experience and qualifications will include:
- Minimum of two years previous care experience
- GCSE level C and above for Maths and English
40 hours per week (office and field based), plus on call duties as per office rota (one evening per week and one weekend in four)

Location: Office in Tolworth, plus care in area surrounding Wimbledon and Kingston, as required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Weekend availability

- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (required)
