The Role

You will be heading up our talented SEO team, responsible for ensuring our offering is commercially focussed and meets and exceeds our client's strategies in an ever-changing environment.

Day to day your role will involve:

• Creating and executing highquality and effective SEO strategies including content marketing campaigns (link building) for key clients
• Reporting back on performance and plans for ongoing success along with the client's services team
• Contributing to new business through a light tough strategy and SEO forecasting
• Overseeing the team ensuring a seamless client delivery that is meeting and exceeding the KPIs
• Taking ownership of your team's career successes, including setting individual KPIs and onthejob training as well as working with the People team on the overall personal development plans.
• Having your finger on the pulse in an everchanging environment and assessing changes in the context of our clients and building robust strategies to ensure the continuation of our quality offering throughout the department and sharing best practice for any updates.
• Keyword research and onpage analysis and leading initial conversations with clients to establish an effective brief and understand challenges and success metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in an agency environment delivering multiple client SEO strategies across different verticals
• Strong knowledge of standard SEO tools and software e.g. Semrush, Screaming Frog, Analytics, and Search Console.
• Demonstrate a successful history of adapting to industry changes eg algorithmic changes in Google.
• Able to be commercially focussed on both our clients and our business in the wider context.
• Good working knowledge of technical SEO to be able to support the team to be successful.
