I am currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in Bradford, looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our clients with their purchase ledger and sales ledger activities, as well as progressing onto high revel responsibilities.

The business has a subsidiary project which is working well, providing more work to ensure the growth continues.

  • Processing invoices and payments for purchase ledger
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
  • Maintaining the sales ledger and chasing outstanding debt
  • Supporting the finance manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • AAT qualification or equivalent, or working towards one
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a key team player, whilst also showing the initiative to work effectively independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


You will receive exclusive one to one training from experienced members of the finance team, as well as a study support package after probation.


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
