Superstar Driver for Diverse Role at Health Drinks Start-Up (£28-30k)
We're actively scouting for an energetic and efficient individual to join our fast-expanding business.

In this role, you'll be immersed in all facets of the business, presenting countless opportunities for learning and hands-on experience:

• Driving 3/5 days a week depending on schedule. Mostly Holloway to Milton Keynes with one day of central London (5 deliveries)
• Assisting with drinks production
• Managing the warehouse and keeping the kitchen tidy
• Packing customer orders

This position offers an exciting foray into the world of an early-stage start-up.

You'll become an indispensable part of the team, collaborating directly with the co-founders within a stimulating and diligent work environment that delivers a vibrant blend of responsibilities and experiences.

ABOUT EXALT

Co-founded by Charlie & Dan in 2019, EXALT was born out of frustration with the lack of on-the-go nutrition that was both readily available and appetising.

We focused our energies on creating our own FRESH solution:

a truly fresh protein shake / meal-in-a-bottle devoid of preservatives or pasteurisation that lasts for two weeks and offers a variety of cold-pressed juices with natural supplements.

Today, we supply an array of retailers including Selfridges and Ocado, while boasting partnerships with Nike, Peloton, and Lululemon.

Additionally, we proudly serve as the Official Sports Nutrition Drink Supplier to Tottenham Hotspur, crafting customised drinks for each member of the First Team.

ABOUT YOU

You are:

• An experienced van driver for 35 years+ and a hold a full clean UK driving licence.
• Able to work at a brisk pace and stay organised in a highpressure environment.
• Efficient, skilled at working within a multiuse space.
• Experienced of working in a commercial kitchen, being able to follow recipes and maintaining a tidy kitchen.
• Motivated by a desire for progression, with an appetite for learning and a curious, inquisitive nature.
• Passionate about EXALT's vision, with a keen interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.
• Desire to learn about supply chain management and operational aspects of the business.
• A stickler for detail with a positive, cando attitude.
• Able to keep calm under pressure, facilitating effective decisionmaking.
• Committed to maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit as the work can sometimes be physically demanding.
• Experienced in team management.
• Flexible, adapting to growing business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will include:

• Driving our long wheel base refrigerated van
• Assisting with weekly drink production in our kitchen
• Operating and maintaining production equipment
• Maintaining records for food safety accreditation
• Communicating effectively with production and factory teams
• Keeping records of warehouse stock
• Carrying out daily health and safety checks
• Cleaning the production kitchen
• Preparing customer orders

WORK PATTERN

• Based in Islington
• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
• You'll need to work some Monday bank holidays as production days are fixed. These can be taken in lieu at a future time.
