I am working with a great client who is located across two sites in Manchester & Southport who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.

This is a fast paced role which will involve all the generalist duties as well as various projects and change management.

Great role for someone who has a couple of years advisory experience - CIPD 5/7 preferable

Providing advice and support on all people related matters
Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Working cooperatively with the HR Manager, escalating queries as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
Supporting project work as and when required.
Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
Adhoc duties to support smooth running of the company and function
