The Job:

This Production Operator role is a hands-on position running and checking production parts to schedule. Full training will be provided.

Main Tasks:

Responsible for disassembly, trimming and reassembly, operations and processes, for seating and interior trim components as instructed.
Reporting any defects, errors, quality issues and problems (material, equipment, environment, process, and people) to Supervision. Observing all Health and Safety rules, as defined.
Ability to follow instructions, operate within a small team, and contribute ideas and solutions.

- Previous trimming / seat build knowledge would be advantageous.

Willingness to learn and develop into the role to enhance your skills and abilities.
Able to work to verbal and written instructions given.
Excellent time management, well organised.
Attention to detail.
Teamwork skills.
Communication skills.
