With over 30 years' experience creating and building innovative space solutions using movable walls and sliding folding partitions, this leading manufacturer and installer are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator, to share their passion for quality and success.





ROLE:
SALES ADMINISTRATOR


LOCATION:

Based in Chessington, Surrey, with easy access to a main bus route, a few minutes' walk from Chessington South train station, and easy access by car.

SALARY:
£26,000 - £28,000 plus many benefits, bonuses, free parking, 22 days holiday, 1 extra day each year, up to 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) ongoing training, realistic career prospects.


HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm

  • Answer Sales Phone calls, passing on to the relevant person.
  • Place orders on the company systems.
  • Manage subcontractors' orders and contracts.
  • Create documents for products ordered from the sales department.
  • Forward files to the Contracts Director.
  • Provide customer service support to architects, designers, construction companies.


A self-motivated, versatile, hardworking and conscientious sales administrator, ideally with technical ability and knowledge of building / construction / health and safety, or with the capacity to take on, learn and absorb the necessary product training to become an 'expert' in your field.


You must have excellent verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, good accuracy and attention to detail, and be willing to perform routine administrative tasks.

You will ideally have knowledge of order processing / using a CRM system as well as Microsoft Office skills and a solid foundation in English and mathematics.
