Job Role:
Business Support Administrator

£10.20 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week


Based:
Plymouth


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating strong working relationships with colleagues and being the first point of contact for Business Support
  • Liaising with suppliers for new and replacement equipment
  • Helping colleagues to understand and use new technology
  • Helping to process data requests from clients, the police and third parties
  • Visiting offices and maintaining a visible presence for the Business Support Team

Essential requirements:

  • Sharing the values of First Light
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft 36
  • A strong knowledge of modern workplace technology
  • A good understanding of the importance of data protection
  • A logical approach to problemsolving
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude to the teams you will support
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
