Job Role:
Business Support Administrator
£10.20 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Based:
Plymouth
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating strong working relationships with colleagues and being the first point of contact for Business Support
- Liaising with suppliers for new and replacement equipment
- Helping colleagues to understand and use new technology
- Helping to process data requests from clients, the police and third parties
- Visiting offices and maintaining a visible presence for the Business Support Team
Essential requirements:
- Sharing the values of First Light
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft 36
- A strong knowledge of modern workplace technology
- A good understanding of the importance of data protection
- A logical approach to problemsolving
- Ability to manage a varied workload
- Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude to the teams you will support
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Additional Information:
- Please note that in some roles staff may be required to work from home/office base in accordance with our Hybrid Working policy.
