Position Responsibilities- Assists with creating proposals for various functional and geographic markets, under direction from others.- Assists in the creation of marketing collateral for interviews and other presentations, under direction of others.- Updates marketing collateral including resumes, project pages, etc.
under direction from others.- Conducts research on potential clients, leads and projects.- Uses Salesforce as reference for SOM project facts.- Develops working knowledge of A/E/I services offered by SOM, with knowledge of local portfolio.- Assists with other duties and tasks as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications- Completion of four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.- Demonstrable experience in visualisation of content and coordination of internal/external contributors.- Strong writing and graphic design skills with the ability to conceptualise layouts within defined brand standards with efficient turnaround.- Strong organizational skills.- Ability to work with senior leaders across a firm.- Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.- Keen interest in marketing and the architectural and engineering industry- Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.- Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.- This position is based at the London office.
