Sales/Senior Sales Negotiatorto join their team.

Key duties:
  • Conducting viewings
  • Applicant registrations
  • Dealing with buyers and vendors
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Resilient canvassing skills
  • Administration duties
- cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals


Requirements:


  • Wellspoken with good communication skills

Full UK driving licence & own car (possible company car if over 25):

  • Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
  • Selfmotivated and hardworking
  • Keen interest in the property industry
  • Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record
  • Able to work under pressure
