Mitie Property Services (UK) Ltd seek a Supervisor with previous experience in Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment and replacement in Social Housing.
Working in and around the Plymouth Region

  • You will be the first point of contact for both the client, tenants, subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Attend prestart meetings and post completion meetings as the Principal Contractors representative.
  • Ensure programs and progress are adhered to by allocating the correct tradespeople and/or contractors as per the program of works.
  • Attend day 1 openings for both void and tenanted properties to ensure compliance.
  • Make regular site visits ensuring quality control and health and safety.
  • Attend handover/inspection ensuring expectations of all stakeholders have been achieved.
  • Ensure all compliance certificates are forward to the client.
  • Applicants must have basic computer competency.
  • Applicants must be able to evidence previous experience in supervising or delivering kitchen and bathroom projects.
  • A full driving licence is required
  • Must hold a recognised qualification or have a minimum of 5 years checkable experience.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be selfmotivated and be a team player.
  • Conversant with relevant legislation and compliance issues
  • Good knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety
  • Must be selfmotivated and be a good motivator.
  • Should have a "Can Do" approach and portray a positive attitude
  • Must have good customer service skills
