Scope:

My client is a successful privately-owned, award-winning pharmaceutical company with a full time, permanent position open for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team.

They have state of the art facilities and this presents a fantastic opportunity for someone.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the administration and, principally the assessment of incoming materials & components and control of master documentation.

in order to demonstrate compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice and company procedures.

Responsibilities:

The assessment of incoming raw materials and components under Quarantine.
QA oversight of commercial and clinical trial labelling operations.
QA record review.
Sampling of ingredients and components
Receipting, inspection and releasing of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient),
Review of batch documentation, Certificate of Analysis / Conformity (COA / COFCs), data logger data, stability data and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers / clients
Initiation, review and management to close out of Change controls, deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Supplier Notifications (SN).
Identifying and implementing improvement actions
Supporting the Quality Assurance department with any other duties as required

About You:

Experience of working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Pharma, Healthcare, or Food).
An appreciation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
The ability to strictly adhere to procedures and a high level of attention to detail.
Professional and motivated to develop themselves to become an integral part of the team
Willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Department.

Salary:
£18,157.11-£25,000.00 per year
