An industry leader in the Fintech Space have been expanding and growing their Personalisation and Experimentation function, and are looking to further extend this, with the hiring of a CRO Consultant

Company

This brand own over 50% of their subdivision of the Fintech market they place themselves and are around 8x bigger than their nearest competitor.

They have a huge range of Data teams and capabilities, spanning across Data Engineering, Data Science, BusinessIntelligence, Marketing Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

Role
The key focus of this role is to help grow and develop the already in-depth CRO roadmap.

You would be working cross functionally across a wide variety of regions, to own and manage AB and MV Testing for the company.

The primary function would be to managethe end-to-end AB and MV Testing, working with a development team for set-up, whilst you monitor the tests in AB Testing software.

The brand use Optimizely in-house and will upskill and train you on this upon joining, a great example of the plethora of trainingopportunities that they provide
