Smile Stylist presents an exciting full-time opportunity for a professional and empathetic professional to join our team at our luxury state-of-the-art private dental practice based in Manchester City Centre as a Client Experience Coordinator.
The role of Client Experience Coordinator is incredibly important to the patient experience that we provide at our practice.You will be the first point of contact for patients who are looking to learn more about achieving their dream smile and the different dental treatments we provide.
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual with the right mindset who can work on their own initiative to join our kind and caring team.
About the Job role:
You will spend your time managing new patients' dental enquiries, and provide telephone consultations for those interested.
You will be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team, ensuring that the patient is provided with exceptional care throughout their time with us.
The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of customer experience, is passionate to help drive the practice forward and become an ambassador of the services provided by the practice.
- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
- Involved in business development growth strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Deliver a worldclass experience for every customer
- Effective and excellent communication with all key business relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a Dental practice as a Patient treatment coordinator is not essential as full training will be given
- Must be savvy with social media you will be involved in helping us create exciting content for our social media channels
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Have excellent up selling /cross selling experience/ skills
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Previous experience in a salesbased customerfocused industry
- Positive attitude, good communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency with the ability to produce excel sheets, graphs and accurate data
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
- Suggest ideas for improving the patient journey
- Excellent presentational skills for treatment introduction.

Saturday 10.00am pm (1 a month)
Competitive salary dependant on experiance
