Role summary:
- To support all aspects of the formunuats One operation with excellence to deliver partner and overall business success.
Key working relationships:
- Formunauts One team including the Partnership Success Manager, Managing Director, and all other members of the formunauts One.
- Agency partners of formunauts One.
- Charity partners of formunauts One.
- External service partners of formunuats One.
- Formunauts GmbH team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the administration processes required to support all forms of facetoface fundraising including territory requests / allocations, completion of access forms, site permissions, territory logs to charity partners and DVM's as required.
- Complete regular quality control checks including site permissions, login pictures, fundraiser feedback, agency partner websites / social media, agency partner recruitment ads, agency partner DBS checks / recruitment paperwork and fundraiser training test / training checks.
- Regularly review and provide feedback on welcome calls, identifying improvement opportunities accordingly.
- Produce and circulate regular and ad hoc KPI and other performance reports to relevant parties across the formunuats One business.
- Collate and review mystery shops, providing regular and ad hoc summary reports to relevant partners across the formunuats One business.
- Collate and review complaints, providing regular and ad hoc summary reports to relevant partners across the formunuats One business.
- Manage campaign materials including sourcing, reordering, stockholding, distribution, and asset management across the formunuats One business.
- Support tablet and CRM testing as required and contribute to the further development of the formunuats SaaS product.
- Support special projects as required.
- Support existing and help develop new relationships with partners through effective communication and a focus on delivering partner success and value.
- Provide cover for the Partnership Success Manager when they are out the business.
- Support the Partnership Success Manager with any other reasonable request.
Required skills and experiences:
- Educated to GCSE equivalent or above with grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
- Literate and confident using Microsoft or equivalent software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
- A confident and motivated, selfstarter who can work well using their own initiative.
- A team player that has the ability to work individually but at the same time deliver a common goal or objective.
- Someone with a good eye for detail and the ability to problem solve and improve things.
- A clear and concise communicator with good listening and relationship building skills.
