Warehouse Associate
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse facility.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will primarily be responsible for working at the packing station, preparing parcels for shipment, and performing various stock handling tasks.
Responsibilities:
1.
Packing and Shipping:
- Operate packing equipment and tools to carefully pack and secure items for shipment.
- Ensure accurate labelling, addressing, and documentation of packages.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the integrity and accuracy of packed items.
- Collaborate with shipping providers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of packages.

Stock Handling and Inventory Management:
- Safely move stock and materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and inspecting them for damages or discrepancies.
- Unload, unpack, and sort items, ensuring they are stored in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse for efficient and safe operations.
3.
Warehouse Operations Support:
- Collaborate with team members to fulfil orders and meet shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- All training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in packaging and labelling.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Proficient in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and packing machinery (all training provided)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

From £10.42 per hour
